Pet Portrait Commission
Looking for a meaningful way to celebrate your pet?
Whether they’re your loyal sidekick, your couch companion, or the clown of the house—you’re in the right place. I create hand-drawn portraits that capture the little quirks, expressions, and personality that make your pet one of a kind.
Each piece is made with care and close attention to the details that matter most. Whether you're honoring a beloved companion or searching for a meaningful gift, these portraits are a special way to celebrate the bond you share.
The Process
- Once you have reviewed all the following information, fill out this Commission Inquiry Form
- After reviewing the form, I will contact via email to verify the details of your pet portrait.
- Once we have agreed on the details, you will receive an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of 25% to be paid online.
- Once the deposit is received, I will get started on your commission. Please allow 3 weeks for me to complete it.
- When your artwork is finished, I will send you a photo for your approval. If it is a graphite rendering, after your approval is received, I will apply a fixative so that the image does not smudge or smear. This step is not necessary with colored pencils due to the paper being used.
- You will receive an invoice for the balance.
- Your drawing will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of the balance via USPS Priority with insurance. If you prefer, FedEx or UPS can be used as well.
Shipping is not included in the price. Sales tax will be added if you live in Indiana.
At this time, only orders in the US are being taken.

Terms & Conditions
Please review the terms below. By placing an order and submitting your deposit, you agree to the following:
1. Payment & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your commission.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and must be paid before the portrait is shipped.
Final pricing is based on size, number of pets, and complexity. This will be confirmed before work begins.
2. Turnaround Time
Commissions are completed in the order received.
Typical turnaround is 3 weeks from the start of your project.
Rush orders may be available for an added fee—please inquire in advance.
3. Reference Photos
Clear, high-quality, well-lit photos are necessary to create an accurate portrait.
If your images are too blurry or dark, I may request alternatives
4. Approval & Revisions
You will receive a preview image of your finished portrait before shipping.
Small changes may be made at that stage (color tweaks, etc.).
Significant changes after completion may require an additional fee.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are not available on custom pet portraits but I will work with you if you are not completely satisfied.
6.Shipping
Finished portraits are packaged carefully and shipped via USPS with insurance. If requested UPS or FedEx may be used. I am not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers, but I'll assist as best I can.
7. Usage Rights
Portraits are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or sold.
I retain the copyright and the right to share completed artwork on my website, portfolio, or social media.
If you'd prefer to keep your portrait private, please let me know when booking.
