Pet Portrait Commission Inquiry

The expression in the eyes, the familiar way they sit beside you, the presence that’s felt more than seen.

I pay close attention to the features and expression that make your pet who they are.
My goal is likeness, yes — but also feeling.
The portrait should look like your pet, and also feel like them.

Each portrait is created by hand, with attention to the details that matter most.

How It Works

     1. Send Commission Inquiry Form.  This is found at the bottom of this page. Please include a bit about your pet and what you are interested in.

     2. Confirmation.  I will reach out by email to get some details and answer any questions. 

     3.  Deposit.  A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your commission.

     4.  Creation.  Once the deposit is received, I will begin your pet portrait. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for completion.

      5.  Approval.  You’ll receive a photo of the finished piece. Minor adjustments can be made at this stage.

      6.  Final Payment + Shipping. Once the balance is paid, your portrait ships with care and insurance.

Shipping is not included in the price.
Sales tax applies for Indiana residents.

  • Graphite Pencil on white paper
  • Colored Pencil on specialty paper (with backing color options)

Both are original hand-drawn pieces, created to be lived with and cherished.

Terms & Conditions

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to start the portrait.
  • Final cost depends on size, number of pets, and complexity — confirmed before work begins.
  • Clear, well-lit photos are needed to accurately represent your pet’s character.
  • You’ll receive a preview before shipping; small adjustments may be made at that time.
  • Refunds are not available once work has begun, but I will work with you to ensure the piece feels right.
  • Finished artwork is for personal use only. I retain copyright, and may share completed work unless you request otherwise.
