This is one of my favorite quotes. As I have traveled along my creative journey, I was very uncomfortable calling myself "an Artist" for many, many years. I felt that I was not eligible to be in that select group. I also realized that many people that I personally thought of as artists felt the same way.
The fiber community is full of artists! I think that is why I love this community so much! Every designer, indie dyer, weaver, spinner, knitter and crocheter has all the qualities and qualifications to call themselves an Artist!
