My First Turquoise Iris Journal Article!!!

My copy of The Turquoise Iris Journal arrived, and it's pretty exciting to see my article and photographs in print!

My article, The Art of Seeing the Artist Within, is a look back at my creative journey, where it began, how it has evolved, and where I find myself today.

Believe it or not, part of that story begins with my first "real" job as a dental assistant in an orthodontic office. It might seem like an unlikely place for a creative journey to begin, but sometimes inspiration shows up in unexpected places.

I also share why it took me so long to feel comfortable calling myself an artist, where I find inspiration, and how my creative life continues to change and grow.

I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to share a little of my story alongside so many talented artists and creators. The Journal is truly a feast for the eyes, filled with beautiful photography, inspiring artwork, creative spaces, and stories from people who share a love of creating. It's the kind of publication you'll want to sit down with, take your time, and enjoy every page.

I've included a few photos of the Journal here, but I'll leave the rest of the story for you to discover in its pages.
